AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the game promotion, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept, in addition to the other Terms and Conditions, the official rules set forth herein (the “Official Rules) and the decisions of Redibids, which are final and binding in all matters related to the game promotion.

HOW TO ENTER: For every bid you purchase from Redibids, you will be given, free of charge, one (1) promotional game piece.  You may also obtain free promotional game pieces by following the “no-purchase-necessary method of entry” rules below.  The promotional games are located under the “Games” tab at the top of the webpage. Select a game theme and press the on onscreen “REVEAL” button to reveal the content of the game pieces.  Alternatively, you may select “Instant Reveal,” select the number of game pieces to reveal, and then reveal them without any animation. 

NO-PURCHASE-NECESSARY METHOD OF ENTRY: As an alternate means of entry into the game promotion, you may mail to Redibids a legible photocopy of your driver's license or other government identification and a 3 inch x 5 inch card on which you have legibly handwritten your First and Last Name, Redibids Username, Complete Mailing Address (e.g., Street, City, State, ZIP code), Telephone Number, Date of Birth, and Email Address (your “Personal Information”).  You must also include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.  The card, stamped envelope and photocopy of your identification must be placed in a #10 envelope, and mailed to Redibids at P.O. Box 456, Lavonia, GA 30553.  Approved mail-in entries will receive a certificate entitling you to one (1) game piece within fourteen (14) business days.  No photocopies, reproductions or facsimiles of the 3 inch x 5 inch card are allowed. Redibids will not be responsible for lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, mutilated or postage-due mail.  Mailed requests must be received no later than one year from the Start Date (defined below). 

Limit of one no-purchase-necessary request per person per day.  For a list of winners, please mail a request to the foregoing address.  

TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Prizes awarded in the promotional game will be deposited into your account balance.  You can then use your account balance to (1) purchase bids; (2) pay for products that you’ve won; (3) pay for buy-it-now products; or (4) shop in our catalog using the “Shop” tab at the top of the page.  If your account is inactive for ninety (90) consecutive days, any prizes awarded in the promotional game will expire and will be voided from your account.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD/TERMINATION: Promotional period begins on the date shown at the lower left corner of your game promotion screen (“Start Date”) at 12 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), and ends on the earlier of (i) one year from the Start Date; or (ii) the date on which all available promotional game pieces are distributed, provided that Redibids reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the promotional period or the game promotion, at its discretion, at any time.

RESTRICTIONS AND RELEASES:  Prize winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.  The game promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Redibids reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the game promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the game promotion, as determined by Redibids in its sole discretion.  Redibids reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify you or any other individual it finds to be tampering with the game promotion, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or the Terms and Conditions.  Any attempt to damage or affect the legitimate operation of the game promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Redibids reserves the right to seek damages from all responsible parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Any failure by Redibids to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.  By participating in the game promotion, you agree not to contest the outcome of the game promotion and to fully comply with these Official Rules and the Terms and Conditions. 

You agree to hold harmless Redibids and its respective affiliates, and the directors, officers, members, employees, attorneys and affiliated organizations and agents, for any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability that may result or be incurred by you or any other person from (a) participating in the game promotion, or any receipt or use of any prize; (b) any unauthorized human intervention in any game promotion; (c) any technical errors related to computers, printers, servers, providers or telephone or network lines; (d) any errors in the administration of the game promotion; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the game promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. residents of the contiguous forty-eight (48) states with the exception of Alabama, Alaska, Florida, New York, and Rhode Island that are eighteen (18) years and older.   Redibids employees and contractors, and their respective family members (defined as parents, spouses (including domestic partners), siblings and children) and any other persons residing in the same household as a Redibids employee or contractor, may not under any circumstances participate in the game promotion, and shall in no event be eligible to receive any prize from the game promotion.    

ODDS OF WINNING:  The odds of winning are set forth under the Settings button within the game (click the “?” button). The odds of winning are the same regardless of whether the game pieces are provided in conjunction with a bid purchase or through the no-purchase-necessary method of entry.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES OTHER THAN DIRECT DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME PROMOTION OR YOUR RECEIPT OF (OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE) ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITGATION, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND EVEN IF WE OR THEY ARE ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF US AND OUR AFFILIATES AND AGENTS, IF ANY, ARISING OUT OF A LEGAL CLAIM OF ANY KIND RELATING TO THE GAME PROMOTION OR THE OFFICIAL RULES WILL NOT EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($500).

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the game promotion constitutes your irrevocable consent to any use by Redibids or its affiliates of your name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without payment or consideration.

Buying bids will not help you win.  Your chances of winning a prize in the game promotion without making a purchase are the same as the chances of someone who purchases bids from Redibids.
